1930	Spleen	Congestive splenomegaly with Gandy-Gamna bodies

	(Figure 1) The spleen shows scant lymphoid follicles and marked congestion in the red pulps (arrowhead). Focal fibrosis and deposition of iron and calcium, forming Gandy-Gamna bodies (arrow), are seen.
	(Figure 2) At higher magnification, Gandy-Gamna bodies are composed of fibrotic tissue admixed with brown-pigmented substance deposition, that is iron deposition (arrow). Iron is engulfed in a multinucleated macrophage.
